  1. From the information you submit, prepare your Accounts to comply with the Companies Act from the information you send us, and provide copies for each flat owner.
     
  2. File the Accounts with Companies House
     
  3. Where appropriate, submit accounts and Corporation Tax Return Form to the Inland Revenue on your behalf and agree any liabilities.

for a fixed Annual Fee of £130 plus VAT
