Yet more changes to Home Information Packs (HIP’s) Regulation !

Proposals in a Consultation Paper have done away with leaseholders having to provide some 12 extra documents and pieces of information and replace it with a simple Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) that lessees can complete themselves. The regulations also make permanent, from 1 January 2009, the lease being the only additional mandatory requirement
for leasehold properties
